Application Note: AN_SY98101 High Efficiency, Built-in Inductor, 2MHz, 1A, 18V Input Synchronous Step Down Regulator General Description Features The SY98101 is a high efficiency 2MHz synchronous step-down DC-DC converter capable of delivering 1A current, which integrates an inductor into a compact 2.5×2.5×2mm QFN package. The SY98101 operates over a wide input voltage range from 4.5V to 18V and integrates main switch and synchronous switch with very low RDS(ON) to minimize the conduction loss.  SY98101 features enable control and power good indicator for system sequence control.
