The transceiver consists of two sections: Applications The transmitter of TVASFPBD-X-A section incorporates a 1310nm FP driver. ⚫ 1000BASE-BX-U ⚫ Gigabit Ethernet ⚫ 1.0625Gb/s Fiber Channel ⚫ Other Optical Links The transmitter of TVASFPBD-X-B section incorporates a 1550nm DFB driver. The receiver section consists of a PIN photodiode integrated with a transimpedance preamplifier (TIA). The module is hot pluggable into the 20-pin connector. The high-speed electrical interface is based on Compliance ⚫ low voltage logic, with nominal 100 Ohms differential impedance and AC coupled in the Compliant with SFP MSA/FC-PI-4 V8.0 module. The optical output can be disabled by ⚫ LVTTL logic high-level input of TX_DIS. Loss of Compliant with SFF-8472 v10.5 signal (RX_LOS) output is provided to indicate the ⚫ loss of an input optical signal of receiver. RoHS compliance -1- Rev.1.0 PDF
